I wanted to add a list of some great FREE resources that I've found that have really helped me with my overall health and mental wellness the last couple of years. All of these are free (or have free options), and none are sponsored in any way (although maybe they should be ;)). The list will get longer as time goes on, but I wanted to start it today!
For overall mental health
Evidation (Mobile Phone App) - Lets you track your sleep and moods, and gives you insights into the relationship between the two. Also, gives you articles that are quick reads that give you insights into how to better manage your mental and physical health.
Nice News (Email Newsletter) - Focuses on GOOD news (what an idea!) and delivers it straight to your inbox with absolutely NO spam, so you can feel informed without feeling depressed.

NAMI - NAMI provides support, education, advocacy, and public awareness to help people affected by mental illness build better lives. They have tons of free resources available!
